This Genuine LUMINOR BLACKCOMBRCHO-4.12 High Output UV Ballast is the replacement controller for LUMINOR BLACKCOMB-HO4.1 products in 110-230V./50-60Hz. (LBH4-251/2, LBH5-251/2, LBH6-251/2)

NOTE :  IEC power cords are sold separately. 

This controller operates at 110-230V/50-60Hz and tracks the remaining lamp life, total system operating time and UV intensity. 

Simplistic in operation, this features a tri-colour LED indicating system status and a 4-digit display to indicate lamp life remaining. Pressing the button will change the display to indicate total running time. When the UV lamp is on and within its operating age, the LED will be green. When the UV lamp is not on or the lamp life has expired, the LED will be illuminated red and an audible buzzer will be sounding. To remedy this condition, the UV lamp must be replaced with a new genuine LUMINOR UV lamp.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping to all contiguous states in the United States. If you would like to order products for shipment to other areas please email us with your shipping address and what you would like to order and we'll email you a draft order which will include any extra shipping costs. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive. If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
