Just completed my annual Viqua filter/UV lamp installation. The ballast wasn't kicking in and Hayley suggested to reinstall my old UV lamp. This enabled us to determine that it was the new lamp that was defective.
Turns out we hadn't discarted an old UV lamp and I had mistakenly used it.
All is well.

I was so impressed by the quickness and support I got from this company and the their staff. I sent in my first sample and my numbers weren’t right and she asked a couple questions to figure my situation out and she figured out that I did the sample at the wrong place.
