Have purchased before but I made the mistake and ordered wrong bulb.
Returned and reordered the correct bulb. Good service
mechanically perfectly compatible with my Hague Water Max series 60 softener. The only concern : the electrical connector does not fit well into the controller, one needs to re-use the one of the previous motor.
Part is exactly what was needed. Hard to source locally. Online ordering was seamless.
My ongoing subscription was fulfilled, even while I was traveling. Great service - highly recommend Water e-Store for all filtration needs.
I have yet to use this filters as the original ones are in use. These were ordered for future replacement so that I have them on hand when the time comes. They look identical to the original ones and I don’t foresee any issues with them fitting.
Terrible experience. My sample was lost by UPS and now I am on week 2, right before Christmas, with no way to piece together a solution.
I have to wait and additional 7-10 days for UPS to declare, what is essentially a $75 plastic bottle.
I'm not convinced that the folks on the other side of my emails are on well water because they don't seem to understand the situation I'm in. I can't comprehend why it would be difficult or unreasonable for them to send me another empty bottle for my sample.
The most frustrating part is that I DO NOT want to do business with these guys anymore. Please let me pay for your plastic bottle and forgo your tests.
We’re truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused, especially so close to the holidays. We completely understand how upsetting it is to be waiting with no clear resolution.
When a shipment is delayed or missing, we are required to follow UPS protocol. In many cases, once a trace is opened, packages are unexpectedly located and delivered shortly afterward. Because of this, UPS does not allow us to declare a package lost or issue a refund until their investigation period is complete. This is why we’re unable to immediately refund or replace the kit while the claim is still open.
That said, if UPS ultimately confirms that the package is lost, we will absolutely issue a refund for the lost shipment. We are not trying to make this more difficult for you, and we genuinely regret how much stress this has caused.

I have worked with these folks through shipper problems (UPS) and credit card changes and system transitions. They do a good job and explain things clearly online. Great service.
The kit was just what my Iron filter needed. One of the original seals in the stack was torn and this kit stopped the constant flow to the backwash hose. Gary’s videos are very detailed and informative, it gave me the confidence to tackle the repair and maintenance. I purchased the tool and would highly recommend it, I figured I would most likely need it again and it made things much easier.
Delivery with UPS is not working at all. Order was made Nov. 22.2025, delivery was only made on Dec. 02.2025.
