I was drawn to the convenience of an all-included kit when I inherited my RO system, but like the other reviewer, I didn't examine the membrane closely enough and my system actually required a Black Max GPD-BME1812RE75 which I had to order separately.

I followed the instructions on the bottle. But I think it was too much and it took about a week to get rid of the taste. Next time I’m going to try and use less and see how that works out.

The filters took some time to arrive. One of the of the filters was not a fast connect type and had to buy an adaptor to make it work. It was not clear at the time of order what one should order based on the filter connections. Perhaps a brief reference with some photos would help consumers. Overall, I am glad that the follow-up was good and that we have a Canadian supplier. I would recommend this company and will buy again.
