I received my results back through email and was sent a link to fill out as a first time customer. It asked for all of the same contact info they have on file, it asked questions pertaining to my water, and then asked if I had a water test done... which they sent the results to me in the first place. So far not impressed, will have to see if there is actually a human on the other side.

not what I ordered

What the store sent me did not have grooves in it, like my old filter, and like I had ordered. When I contacted the store for clarification, I got no reply. Very disappointing. Would not order from here again.

During COVID, Viqua—the manufacturer—changed how they make their filters and gradually phased out the grooved design. While the look is different, the filter you received is the correct replacement model. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t appear as expected, and we’re very sorry this wasn’t explained sooner.
