We have a Pro 30 water filtration system in our Cabo Mexico home. It produces germ free clear water. Our flow meter sensor must be replaced. I also will clean the old one with CSR.
Have been ordering from this company for years. This year the U.V. bulb I received did not work right from the start. It would work and then cut-out? Reset system. But it stopped working completely after a week. Called and ordered a new one and also ordered a new ballast for the system in case the bulb was not the problem. Started with replacing the bulb. It has been working for 2 weeks not with no problem. Staff were very helpful however I did not get offered a refund for the first bulb. Meanwhile I have disposed of the defective bulb. Going forward I will keep my old bulb in case this happens again.
This jacket fits perfectly, I have no moisture in the drip tray at all now. Before jacket installed 1/4” of water and very wet backwash tank. Very happy with this product, as well as the incredible knowledge of the you tube videos by water e store Cnd.

I’ve been using the Pentair 5005 dual gradient filters for many years, so there’s nothing novel or beyond expectation … the repsonsive turnaround and free delivery is, however, much appreciated. The 5001 filters I ordered are an experiment to determine how they affect my water quality and flow rate … I haven’t needed to change filters yet so it’l be a while before I get to make an evaluation as to whether they’re worthwhile.

This unit looks fantastic, and I have not yet hooked it up as I am collecting more solar equipment to be able to run this properly without interruption or failure due to lack of power. This will be a fantastic step forward when I have all the necessary upgrades to run it properly
