I ordered four items as a set. Lamp, sleeve and two filters. Received the lamp, sleeve and one filter. One filter was missing. I contacted customer service with details. After four emails they agreed one of the filters was missing. They shipped the additional filter, and I received it about 10 days after the first shipment.

My I iron filter for needed for the water purification from my well did not do his job anymore. A new system would have cost me severqal thausend dollars.
