    Filter and Lamp Replacements

    I ordered four items as a set. Lamp, sleeve and two filters. Received the lamp, sleeve and one filter. One filter was missing. I contacted customer service with details. After four emails they agreed one of the filters was missing. They shipped the additional filter, and I received it about 10 days after the first shipment.

    Great price and great delivery

    I purchased the filter and UV light bundle for our system and the products arrived timely and undamaged. I also purchased this sleeve as a backup in case I broke mine but luckily I had no trouble and now have a backup for the future just in case. I also found the video about how to do the maintenance on the site very clear and helpful! Thanks for a great service
