This Genuine LUMINOR BLACKCOMB RL-420HO High Output UV Lamp is the replacement lamp for LUMINOR BLACKCOMB-HO LBH4-151, LBH5-151, LBH6-151, LBH4-Z2, LBH4-Z12, LBH4-Z22, LBH5-Z2, LBH5-Z12, LBH5-Z22, LBH5-151B and LBH6-151B High Output UV water purification systems. The UV lamp is the key component of your UV system as the light destroys waterborne bacteria as they pass through the UV rays to protect your family. Replacing your UV lamp on schedule ensures you get the cleanest, bacteria free water your system can produce.

This RL-420HO is an authentic LUMINOR lamp and has a 10,000-hour lamp life. The UV light produced will diminish with time, so once your lamp reaches 10,000 hours (or every 13 months), it’s mandatory to replace the lamp.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping to all contiguous states in the United States. If you would like to order products for shipment to other areas please email us with your shipping address and what you would like to order and we'll email you a draft order which will include any extra shipping costs. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive. If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
