The UV lamp is the key component of your UV system as the light destroys waterborne bacteria as they pass through the UV rays to protect your family. This RL-420HO is an authentic LUMINOR lamp and has a 10,000-hour lamp life. The UV light produced will diminish with time, so once your lamp reaches 10,000 hours (or every 13 months), it’s mandatory to replace the lamp.
