This filter is engineered for reliable sediment reduction. Built with a dual-gradient melt blown design, this filter creates two distinct filtration zones to improve performance and efficiency. The outer 50 micron layer traps larger particles, while the tighter 5 micron inner layer captures smaller sediment and also acts as a self-supporting core, eliminating the need for a separate center core.
Manufactured using a computer-controlled process, this filter is made from polypropylene resin meeting FDA regulation and contains no binders, lubricants, or anti-static agents. The inert polypropylene media offers broad chemical compatibility, while the dual-gradient design helps provide optimum dirt-holding capacity and reduced pressure loss.
