You’ll need to manually regenerate your water softener if you’ve run out of salt or maybe been away from your home for a couple of weeks. It’s super easy, check this out! 1) If you’ve run out of salt, add a couple of bags and wait 24 hours. 2) Find and press the Regen button holding it down for about 5 seconds or until you hear the motor start 3) Walk away for a couple of hours to let it complete it’s cycle. 4) Don’t use large amounts of water for bathing or clothes washing until the regeneration is complete.
