Aquamaster and WaterBoss Flow Sensor/Cap Assembly

Updated version of the original WaterBoss sensor. I live in the Dominican Republic, where I house my water softerner in an exterior location, due to that being the entry point for water into the house. Up to this point, I have not had to purchase replacement items, as my water softener was on warranty; - wouldn't you know it, as soon as the warranty period ended, something had gone into the unit through the rear and decided to eat the sensor and power line to the computer. As I have to purchase items from either the States or Canada and have them couriered here, I was pleasantly surprised to come across the WaterStore's item. The price was fantastic and offered free shipping in Canada. Fortunately I had a friend who was travelling here days after I ordered the item. Expedient shipping enabled it to arrive in plenty of time for my friend to bring it down. As said, I was extremely happy with the item, as it had a longer sturdy ribbon wire, whereas the old was just three miniscule wires that was virtually impossible to reconnect, as once cut, there was insufficient room to reconnect. Now if WaterStore has a seal that could be used to cover the back piping / entrance of a WaterBoss 700 that would be a bonus. Great experience, I will be a return customer for any future needs.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE Shipping to all contiguous states in the United States. If you would like to order products for shipment to other areas please email us with your shipping address and what you would like to order and we'll email you a draft order which will include any extra shipping costs. Once your order is placed, we process it the next business day and ship via ground transportation. In very remote locations, whenever the shipping costs become prohibitive we reserve the right to either cancel the order or ask that you contribute to the shipping costs, it's up to you. Your items may take anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks to arrive. If you have any special shipping requirements, like requiring a signature at time of delivery, please leave a message in the "Special instructions for seller" section while checking out. If you order multiple products they may not all arrive at the same time as we ship from multiple warehouses and each item will be shipped directly to you. If no one is home when your order is delivered it will be left for you but we cannot assume responsibility for your order once it has been dropped off. Returns

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
