Installation, Shipping & Parts
The water softener will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, located in Florida. It will ship via freight truck. The shipping company will contact you prior to delivery.
The system will not include any paperwork as Clack no longer prints user manuals. Please see a PDF version attached.
The tank jacket and fittings will ship via regular courier from our warehouse in Pennsylvania. You will be sent a tracking number.

Drain Line Parts: These need to be purchased locally, we do not supply them. For the 3/4" drain line, If you're using Pex, you need a 3/4" FIP ( see photo of gold part attached). If you're using Poly tube instead of PEX, you need a Barbed FIP ( see photos of grey part attached) You can get either of these at any hardware store.
