    RO water filters

    Talked to order desk to order filters. I received the wrong filters for my RO system even though I gave them my manufacturer and model number. When I phoned to explain I received the wrong filters I was informed I had to pay to return the filters. Even after a lengthy discussion I could not get them to pay for return shipping. In my opinion it was there error that caused the wrong filters to be shipped. When they quoted me the price for the correct filters, it was twice as much as the original order. I ordered anyway and received the correct filters the next day. I also ordered filters from the company that originally installed the RO system and their price was less than 1/2 the Water Store price. I will not be doing business with this company again.
