Although the riser tube was packaged securely for shipping, and it is of good quality, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of customer service acknowledgement or reassurance when I alerted them to an error I made on the order form incorrectly indicating my credit card billing address and the shipping address were the same. In another reach out to customer service I did not receive a reply to my question asking if there would be instructions provided for installing the riser tube using the included top basket; I did not receive a reply and there was no instruction included in the riser tube packaging.

Fast shipping. It is good to replace these components during replace the media for water softener although the riser tube and screen were in good condition. The plastic components especially the screen might deteriorated for long time application. My friend had an experience the screen was broken and plugged up the water system.
